Trademark and Compatibility Notice

IMINTA manufactures aftermarket replacement lenses as an independent company. We are not produced by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with Oakley, Ray-Ban, Maui Jim, Costa, Smith Optics, or any other eyewear manufacturer. Any brand or frame model we mention is referenced solely to identify which frames a given lens is engineered to fit.

Product Listings

We take care to describe each item as accurately as we can, including its specifications, photographs, and written details. Please review every listing closely before ordering. If something is unclear, reach out to iminta.cs@hotmail.com before purchasing and we'll be happy to assist.

Warranty Coverage

Any warranty offered applies only to the lenses purchased directly from IMINTA. We bear no responsibility for damage to your frames or to any other property that may result from the use or fitting of our lenses.

Order Acceptance and Availability

Occasionally an item may sell out or otherwise become unavailable after an order is submitted. Should that happen, we reserve the right to cancel the order in question and refund your payment in full.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
