Refund policy
At IMINTA, your satisfaction with every pair of replacement lenses matters to us. If an order doesn't work out, we've kept the return process straightforward.
Our 60-Day Return Window
Lenses that remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition can be returned to us within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. You're welcome to choose either a full refund of the product price or an exchange for a different option — whichever suits you best.
Starting Your Return
To begin, email iminta.cs@hotmail.com with your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. A member of our team will reply with return instructions, generally within one to two business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
As soon as your returned lenses arrive and clear a short inspection, we credit the refund back to the original method of payment. Please allow five to seven business days for the funds to appear. The amount paid for the initial shipping is not refundable unless the return stems from an error on our part.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If what you received is defective or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us at iminta.cs@hotmail.com within 60 days of delivery. We'll put it right at no expense to you, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a refund.
