Order Processing

After your payment is confirmed, we move quickly to prepare and hand off your order — in most cases within a single business day.

Shipping Inside the United States

All domestic orders ship to you free of charge via USPS First Class Mail, and a tracking number is included with every shipment. Once dispatched, the majority of packages arrive within about three to five business days.

Shipping Beyond the United States

We gladly ship worldwide through USPS First Class International Mail. The international postage that applies to your order is calculated at checkout according to the destination. Most overseas deliveries take roughly two weeks, although certain locations may need up to six weeks once customs clearance and local postal handling are accounted for.

About Tracking

Tracking updates are provided while a parcel is still moving within the United States. After a package leaves U.S. territory, scan information from the destination country can be limited or may not appear at all.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the uncommon event that a parcel cannot be located, postal regulations require a wait of 45 days from the dispatch date before we are able to open a formal loss claim. We truly appreciate your patience should this occur, and we'll keep you informed along the way.
