Ordering & Shipping

How fast do you ship? Orders ship from Overland Park, Kansas within one business day. U.S. orders ship free with tracking (typically 3–5 business days). International orders ship via USPS First Class International with a flat rate at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 1–6 weeks depending on the destination and customs.

Lenses

Will these fit my frame? Each product page lists the exact frame models it fits. Match your frame name and model number (often printed on the inside of the temple arm) to the product title.

Polarized vs. non-polarized? Polarized lenses cut glare from water, snow, and roads for crisper vision. Non-polarized lenses are a great everyday option and work better with some LCD screens.

What materials do you offer? Standard TAC polarized and impact-resistant polycarbonate (PC), in a range of colors and finishes.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is your return policy? Unused, unworn items can be returned within 60 days for a refund to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I exchange for a different color or lens? Yes — see Request an Exchange.

Is there a warranty? Every lens is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do you make prescription lenses? We can fit many frames with prescription replacement lenses. See Prescription Lenses or email us to get started.
